Who's who in Prontera
Almost every helper stands around the fountain in the middle of Prontera. Here is who they are, where to find them, and what they do.
Finding a spot
Positions are written as x, y: x grows to the east, y grows to the north. Your own position shows under the minimap.
South-west of the fountain

Refining
The refiner with the refine window is Hollgrehenn, inside the building south-east of the fountain. Gear never breaks here. From +7 up, a failed attempt drops the item one level. Below +7 a failure only costs the material and the fee.
